Mark Moxness

HOMETOWN: Gordondale, Alberta

D.O.B: April 5, 1978

MARITAL STATUS: Wife - Tina

CHILDREN: Robyn & Josh

EMPLOYER: Spectra Energy

YEAR STARTED RACING: 2001

Mark started racing chariots in 2001 in the Peace River area, running in Dawson Creek, Grimshaw, Ft. St. John, Manning, Grande Prairie, Teepee Creek, and Rio Grande. In 2003 he decided to broaden the area where he raced and he joined the Alberta club, then in 2004 the All Pro Canadian Chuckwagon & Chariots Association. Along with the change in associations in 2004, Mark also moved up from the chariots and started racing his own wagon. He had his very first place finish in Rio Grande in 2007. Mark loves his horses and enjoys the friendships he has established in the racing fraternity. When he isn’t spending his time trying to improve his racing team he goes looking for anyone who can tell him a good “old rodeo or racing” story.
