Jack started racing in the Clover Park Chuckwagon Club out of Fort Saskatchewan.  He moved to the Olds area in 1979 and joined the Eckville club. Jack is one of the founding members of the APCC&CA. Jack is proud of the Stott racing family which, consists of himself, two daughters, one son, and one son in-law. His grandchildren are also well on their way to follow tradition. Jack has many wins over his lengthy career, and quite often in the top ten. Along with his kids, Jack enjoys raising, breaking, and training horses.
